2.6.3. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات ویژگیهای بیومکانیک
ویژگیهای بیومکانیک پس از 10 دقیقه گرم کردن به ترتیب زیر سنجیده شد:

آزمون دامنه حرکات[134] اندازه گیری دامنه حرکتی مفاصل گونیامتر شرکت کننده حرکات مورد نظر را که عبارتند از سه حرکت در مفاصل ران و شانه (فلکشن، هایپر اکستنشن، ابداکشن) و یک حرکت در مفاصل آرنج و زانو ( فلکشن) انجام داده و دامنه هر حرکت اندازه گیری شد. توضیحات کامل در پایین جدول (ب)
الف) تست تعادل توازن و لک لک
روش انجام تست توازن
برای اجرای این آزمون، شرکت کننده بر طبق شکل شماره 3.5 در نقطهی شروع آزمون روی پای راست خود میایستد و سپس روی اولین علامت 1⃝می میپرد، به طوری که با پای چپ رود آن فرود آید. او در این مرحله سعی می کند تا یک وضعیت ایستا را به مدت5 ثانیه حفظ کند. بعد ازاین مرحله او روی علامت 2⃝می میپرد، به طوری که پای راست او روی آن فرود آید و سعی می کند تا این وضعیت ایستا را به مدت5 ثانیه حفظ کند. شرکت کننده این حرکات را به طور پی در پی تا پایان علائم (10 علامت) ادامه میدهد و روی هر علامتی 5 ثانیه به صورت ایستا روی یک پا میایستد. پنجهی پای شرکت کننده باید علامت را به طور کامل بپوشاند.
یک عملکرد موفق در این آزمون شامل پوشاندن علائم با پنجهی پا، بدون تماس پاشنهی پا یا هر بخش دیگر بدن با زمین و حفظ حالت ایستا روی هر یک از علائم به مدت 5 ثانیه است (شکل3.5).

– امتیاز گذاری:
5 امتیاز برای فرود آمدن و پوشاندن علامت به شرکت کننده تعلق میگیرد. علاوه بر این، 5 امتیاز دیگر نیز برای نگهداری وضعیت تعادلی به صورت ایستا و به ازای هر ثانیه یک امتیاز به شرکت کننده تعلق میگیرد. او می تواند بر روی هر یک از علائم 10 امتیاز کسب کند. حداکثر امتیاز در این آزمون 100 است. شرکت کننده بعد از فرود آمدن بر روی هر یک از علائم، می تواند بدن خود را درطول 5 ثانیه به هر صورت و وضعیتی که مایل است در فضا حفظ کند این زمان با صدای بلند مربی شمارش و اعلام می شود.
